Conrad Bonet is a very creative architect with a unique talent to transform dull and dreary rooms into amazingly beautiful and functional spaces. He recently converted an old TV room which was no longer used into a superb fitness center. The room had no windows and was odd shaped. Conrad successfully addressed all the challenges. He raised and layered the ceiling, installed 3 different kinds of lighting, 2 different types of flooring, transformed a weird column which was an eyesore into a beautiful focal point, came up with different wall treatments included mirrors with lighted frames, The result was spectacular. We now have a very inviting, functional and bright gym, which has quickly become hugely popular with residents. This has raised our property values: recent sales in the building have been up, with a couple of them 10% higher than in the past few years!! We were so impressed with Conrad's work that we asked him to remodel our outdated multi purpose room. Conrad was able to beautifully articulate the 4 main functions of that room, and came up with an amazing concept. Work is currently being carried out. In addition to being so creative, Conrad is also very pleasant to work with. He carefully listens to the clients in order to properly understand the needs, and makes sure work is carrying out on time and on budget. I highly recommend Conrad Bonet.
